• Before use, please discharge the water for 2-3 minutes. The product is for external use only and not suitable for drinking. Please do not take sown the filter cartridge.
• The product is specially designed to purify municipal tap water used in the bathroom. Please do not use the product to purify water other than municipal tap water (e.g. water from wells, rivers and mountains); otherwise, Ernst Technologies Limited shall not be held responsible for weakened function of the product caused thereby. For the first time of adoption , some muddiness and bubbles would appear because the water has not fully exposed to the inner part of the filter cartridge. Please discharge the water for 2-3 minutes before use.
• The weight of the product will increase after adoption. To prevent any accident caused by fall of the product, please use the accompanying accessory suction cup set and attach the main body to the wall of the bathroom. If space permits, it is recommended to install the product on a flat surface or on the ground. To avoid any situation that may cause the product to fall down, please do not put any other object around it. If the product is left unused for 2-3 days, it is recommended to discharge the water for 2-3 minutes before using the product again.
• Please do not let the water already purified by the product stand for long, as the water will not have sterilization fuction after the free chlorine removed.
• If the tap water smells rusty or turns mildly red, the lifespan of the filter cartridge will reduce. Therefore, each time after routine maintenance of the water supply system is performed, please discharge all the contaminated water in the hose before connecting the hose to the product.
• The product is not suitable to be used at extremely low temperature. Please do not install the product in a place possible to get frosty.
• The product is suitable for both hot water and cold water. Please be noted that the temperature of the main body will rise slightly when hot water is supplied. The product can sustain hot water up to 60℃.

※Free warranty is provided based on the following contents. The service is only for the country and region where the product is sold. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase and lasts for ten years. Free warranty can be provided if the product becomes faulty when used according to the safety precautions in the user manual. Ernst Technologies Limited may provide charged warranty in any of the following cases during the warranty period. 1. The product malfunctions or is damaged due to wrong use, careless use or improper repair or refitting. 2. The product falls due to change of installation site of the product after purchase, or breaks down or is damaged during transportation. 3. The product breaks down or is damaged due to natural disasters (fire, earthquake, frost, thunderstorm, coal gas hazard, etc.) and other force majeure. 4. The product breaks down or is damaged due to abnormal hydraulic pressure or other external factor. 5. The product suffers natural damage due to spraying and electroplating. 6. Not all required warranty materials have been provided, or the warranty materials are wrong.
7. The product is used in a country and region rather than that where it is bought.

We provide free warranty when the product is within valid warranty period and used under proper conditions, but the filter cartridge, accessories and other consumables are not within the scope of free warranty. The warranty is subject to the materials provided by the purchaser and cannot be changed. Our company does not provide warranty if the product is transferred or resold to a third party.

If warranty is needed after the warranty period, our company may provide paid on-site maintenance upon the request of the customer.
