※Free warranty is provided based on the following contents. The service is only for the country and region where the product is sold. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase and lasts for ten years. Free warranty can be provided if the product becomes faulty when used according to the safety precautions in the user manual. Ernst Technologies Limited may provide charged warranty in any of the following cases during the warranty period. 1. The product malfunctions or is damaged due to wrong use, careless use or improper repair or refitting. 2. The product falls due to change of installation site of the product after purchase, or breaks down or is damaged during transportation. 3. The product breaks down or is damaged due to natural disasters (fire, earthquake, frost, thunderstorm, coal gas hazard, etc.) and other force majeure. 4. The product breaks down or is damaged due to abnormal hydraulic pressure or other external factor. 5. The product suffers natural damage due to spraying and electroplating. 6. Not all required warranty materials have been provided, or the warranty materials are wrong.
7. The product is used in a country and region rather than that where it is bought.
If the address of on-site repair is on an offshore island or in a remote region, corresponding travelling expenses need to be charged. Please dial the hotline for detailed regional information.
We provide free warranty when the product is within valid warranty period and used under proper conditions, but the filter cartridge, accessories and other consumables are not within the scope of free warranty. The warranty is subject to the materials provided by the purchaser and cannot be changed. Our company does not provide warranty if the product is transferred or resold to a third party.
If warranty is needed after the warranty period, our company may provide paid on-site maintenance upon the request of the customer.
Ernst Technologies Limited has the right to final interpretation of the manual within the scope permitted by law.
