Bathing is an important lifetime daily habit. Apart from keeping our skin clean, it relaxes our mind and body, and eliminates fatigue. The tap water used for bathing contains residual chlorine for disinfection, which is one of the causes of dry and sensitive skin. In this era of modern technology we pursue the highest standards of healthy living, so we created a spa machine to remove residual chlorine.

Skin is an organ that blocks the effects of various external environments, protecting the body’s internal tissues. At the same time it has an absorption function, making the relationship between bathing and skin extremely important. Quantitative changes cause qualitative change. As bath water contains residual chlorine, constant adoption is harmful to skin quality. The residual chlorine will acidify proteins in the skin, act as an irritant, cause damage over a long period of time, causing dry sensitive skin and rashes.

Healthy skin and hair are essential components of life. Protein is the main component of hair and scalp. However protein can be destroyed by residual chlorine, leading to damaged hair and scalp.When chlorine is in contact with hair, a chemical reaction takes place, causing loss of protein from the scalp, damaging the scalp and hair. Since hair is unable to repair itself, once damaged it cannot recover. This leads to a dry scalp and unkempt hair, and is a cause of hair loss and dandruff.

High performance antibacterial activated carbon filter cartridge

Happy SPA utilises high performance antibacterial activated carbon as its core filtration. Four precision ground natural ores added, to improve filtration performance. This effectively removes residual chlorine, Escherichia coli and other bacteria, heavy metals such as Lead, rust particles, other impurities or contaminants, whilst acting as an antibacterial deodorant.

Gaia Stone

This is special as it emits far infrared (FIR) wavelengths which other natural ores cannot, making it precious. Water treated by Gaia Stone is also called “Antioxidant Water” and is rich in various minerals.

Crystal Coral

This is mostly comprised of Calcium Carbonate, with some trace elements such as Magnesium, Sodium and Potassium, and other natural minerals.

Tourmaline

This is a natural ore capable of generating negative ions continuously, in addition to far infrared (FIR). It can penetrate deep inside the body to warm cells, promote blood circulation and smooth your metabolism. The negative ions can relax your body and mind, activate cells, bolster natural healing power and inhibit the body’s oxidation or delay ageing.

Medical Stone

Due to the porous structure of Medical Stone, it has strong capacity to adsorb harmful heavy metals, impurities and odours from the water. Furthermore it’s rich in Potassium, Sodium, Calcium, Magnesium and trace elements required by the body. Since ancient times, it has been widely used as a medicinal stone due to its valuable properties.

Comprised of Activated Carbon Fibre (ACF) and the highest quality coconut shell activated carbon. This doubles its absorption and elimination rate, quickly removing odours and dissolved chlorine. Furthermore the highest quality coconut shell activated carbon has a high surface area in its porous structure, which can absorb a large amount of harmful substances. Therefore the filter cartridge can synergise the absorption and elimination effect of the two activated carbons.
